She earned her Master's Degree from the Department of History of Visual Arts at the Faculty of Philosophy at Comenius University in Bratislava. She successfully defended her master's thesis on the topic of Michal Milan Harminc and his Sacral Work (2008). She then started her PhD Studies at the Institute of Construction and Architecture at the Slovak Academy of Sciences. The topic of her doctoral dissertation was theatre architecture in Slovakia (doctoral advisor Prof. Dr. Ing. arch. Henrieta Moravčíková). Her findings were published in books Beyond Everydayness: Theatre architecture in Central Europe (Prague: National Theatre, 2010) and Divadelná architektúra na Slovensku (Theatre Architecture in Slovakia. Bratislava: Theatre Institute, 2011). She is working as the curator of the Collection of Architecture at the Slovak National Gallery since 2011.
