The gallery building was built with the purpose of the preservation and presentation of the art work donated by artist Ľudovít Fulla to the Czechoslovak state. Visitors can also visit the artist's studio and residential spaces. Exhibitions of art works and public cultural or educational events are organized here yearly.

Exhibition will last 45 days

Each summer, as part of its Kolegovia cycle, the Ľudovít Fulla Gallery presents selected works of a Slovak Modernist who was a contemporary of Ľudovít Fulla. The project features the top works of each artist and possible mutual relations, "influences" and inspirations.

Permanent exposition

The Gallery of Ľudovít Fulla in Ružomberok was built according to the design of arch. Martin Kusý Sr. in 1964 and 1965 (implementation by architect Štefan Hatala) to present and preserve works of art donated to the state by Fulla, one of the most prominent and original Slovak artists of the 20th century.
